A tournament pays to film all day and gets back one broadcast reel. The rest sits on a drive nobody opens. Highlight Forge cuts the whole day into clips and tags each one with the athlete in it.
The organisation that paid for the cameras owns every second they shot. One reel reaches an audience. The broadcast team cuts a handful of moments live, and the rest goes to storage with no record of who is in it. Finding one athlete means watching the whole day again. The athletes, their coaches and their sponsors all want those moments.
Highlight Forge synchronises every camera feed into one timeline. It identifies who is in each moment from the scoreboard, the number or the outfit they are wearing, where they are on the field of play, and what the commentator just said. Each clip is filed under the athlete in it. The library fills while play is still going. Each athlete has a page, and the organiser decides who can open it. It works wherever the event already knows who did what: a start list, a tee-time grid, a heat sheet, a timing feed.
An event finishes with the whole day cut and tagged. The editor picks instead of hunting. Organisers can use it for media editing, athlete engagement, or a sponsorship package.
